2020 Holy Days of Obligation:

Holy Days of Obligation vary from year to year, because of the precept to attend Mass is abrogated if any of the following days falls on a Saturday or on a Monday.  The faithful, however, are encouraged to attend Mass on those days.


Holy Days of Obligation Mass times are the same as our Sunday Mass times:
       
              
                    
8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm & 4:00pm  (all in English)

      6:00pm in Spanish


As we are not a Parish, we do not have a Vigil Mass with the exception of Christmas and Holy Week



Monday, January 1st - Solemnity Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God

Is a Holy Day of Obligation


Thursday, May 30th - Ascension of Jesus

 "The Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord is transferred to the following Sunday,June 2nd*



Saturday, August 15th - The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Is NOT a  Holy Day of Obligation



Sunday, November 1st  -  All Saints Day

Is a Holy Day of Obligation



Tuesday. December 8th - The Immaculate Conception

Not a Holy Day of Obligation - Because the solemnity falls on the Second Sunday of Advent, it is transferred to the following day


Friday, December 25th -  The Nativity of the Lord (Christmas)
Is a Holy Day of Obligation
